Los Angeles' Staples Center has confirmed a press conference on Tuesday, July 11, part of a "multi-city press tour" in advance of their fight on August 26.
The remaining cities to host the "Official Mayweather vs. McGregor World Tour" have not yet been confirmed.
Tuesday's meeting in California will be the first public meeting between the rivals, and tickets will be sold to the public. The Staples Center describes the press conference as "a star-studded event that will feature a live performance and special guests".
McGregor, the current UFC lightweight champion, will take part in his first professional boxing match against 49-0 Mayweather who is stepping out of retirement to headline at Las Vegas' T-Mobile Arena.
